Jawbone UP

Last week, Nick and I got the Jawbone UP bracelet. I'm very impressed with it so far. It tracks how many steps you take everyday. You can set daily goals. Also, you can program the bracelet to remind you to walk around if you have been idle for too long. My favorite part of the bracelet is that it can also track your sleep. It tracks your light sleep vs deep sleep.

This is my data from yesterday. I obviously had a very lazy day.
